Merchandise Refund Policy . . .

You can return items purchased at Goodyear Self Storage & RV subject to the following conditions:

• No returns without an Original Receipt from Goodyear Self Storage & RV.
• Product must be in new condition and never used. For example, any product in packaged form must be returned in the original package, undamaged.
• Refunds will be made only to the customer who made the original purchase. The customer must present valid identification when making a refund request.
• Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• No Cash refunds - Purchases made by Cash, Credit Card or Check will be processed by a check request. Customer will then be mailed the check to a current valid address. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the check to process. Goodyear Self Storage & RV is not responsible for any lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected mail.
• If the original purchase was made by check, there will be a 30 day hold placed on the refund. This means No refund of any kind before the 30 days.
