When is my rent due?
Your rent is always due on the Anniversary date of the day you signed your contract. For example, if you signed a contract on the 15 ^th of the month it will be due on the 15^th of the next month.

When does the late fee incur?
After 3 days of non-payment of rent, you are automatically locked out of the property. After 7 days of non-payment, a $10 late fee is assessed plus the monthly rent. After 15 days of non-payment an additional $10.00 letter fee will be assessed plus the monthly rent.

What are the hours?
Our office hours are:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday
Office is closed on all Major Holidays but the Gate is open 365 Days a Year

Do I just need to remove my lock, when I move out?
No, what you need to do is go to the office, fax or send a signed and dated move-out notice 10 days before the intended move-out date. You are also responsible for removing your Cylinder Lock from Leased Space the day you vacate. Make sure you notify the office staff when the unit is vacated.  If this procedure is not followed, you will be held responsible for the rent that is accrued. There may be an imposed clean up fee for anything left inside a vacated storage space and for any damage done to the storage space or stains or damage to the floor of storage space.

What is the minimum length of stay?
There is a one-month minimum length of stay. We do not refund a partial months rent.

Do you mail invoices or do automatic billing on a credit card?
Goodyear Self Storage & RV will gladly send out an invoice to any of our customers for a nominal fee. Corporate invoices can also be sent, if arrangements are made with management.  We will also send out an E-mail invoice FREE to all of our customers as a monthly reminder bill. We recommend automatica billing to all our customers as a way of avoiding late fees. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A signed Credit/Debit authorization form must be on file in the office. Debit cards with the Visa or MC logo are also accepted.

Does Goodyear Self Storage & RV provide a lock?
Goodyear Self Storage & RV has a state of the art lock call a Cylinder Lock. All tenants must purchase this lock at the time of rental. The Cylinder Lock comes with 3 keys. These are the only 3 keys to that lock. We suggest that at least one is always kept in a safe place, especially if you are in the middle of moving.

What are the access hours to my storage unit?
6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
7 days a week - 365 Days a Year (Including holidays)
There will be an imposed fee for anyone who stays on the property passed the posted gate hours and needs to be let out of property.

What kind of security does Goodyear Self Storage & RV offer?
Goodyear Self Storage & RV offers state-of-the-art digital video surveillance 24 hours a day. We also have perimeter beam security and a key pad access gate. Our property is also well-lit and fenced. Also, the Property Managers live on-site.

Do you have RV or Boat Storage?
Goodyear Self Storage & RV does offer RV, Boat and Vehicle Storage. We have individual units that you can store other items in with your RV, and we do offer outdoor, covered and uncovered parking. All of these spaces have great access for moving your vehicle around.

Are there shelves in the units?
No, but you are allowed to bring your own as long as they are not attached to the walls in any way.

Can I store any food inside my storage unit?
No, stored food can not be put inside of your storage unit.

Can I use my storage space or RV space to do any kind of work?
No, you can not work on any motorized vehicle or equipment on the property. No work of any kind can be performed inside or outside of the Leased Space . The Leased Space is for storage only. This also means you can not paint or sand anything on the property.
